For inspiration, look no further than this year’s honoree Kris Soffa—Roxborough resident and life-long advocate for nature, wildlife, green space. As Kris would say: “Think globally, act locally.”

The Schuylkill Center’s land is a 340-acre sanctuary of habitats—forest, meadows, and ponds, each bustling with life—from Virginia opossums to Virginia bluebells.

Help ensure this living resource remains open to our community throughout the pandemic, and for future generations.
