Member Outdoor Gear Program

Schuylkill Center Members at the Family level and above are eligible to borrow from our Library of high-quality outdoor gear for seven days, free of charge!

Use the form below to request which items you’d like to borrow, and a date to pick them up. Once we confirm availability, we’ll contact you with a confirmation of your reservation. Please submit your request at least 72 hours in advance of your preferred pick-up date.

How to Submit a Request to Borrow Gear from the Library:

  1. Scroll down to view the gear available.
  2. Use the form to select the items and quantities you’d like and preferred reservation dates. To ensure more access for everyone, we ask that you request no more than four (4) total items/kits at a time. 
  3. Submit your reservation request and we’ll contact you with a confirmation or request for another date. Please note that the Center is not open on Sundays or major holidays.
  4. Receive email confirmation with pick up date and read the required forms included in the email. When you come to pick up your items on your selected day, we’ll ask you to sign the rental agreement that includes consent to having read the required forms. Then you can use the equipment at the Schuylkill Center or take it with you! (Some restrictions apply.)
